Yog – The Union of Body, Mind, and Soul

Yog is not just a practice; it is the science of life itself — the ultimate union of the individual consciousness with the universal consciousness. In this foundation module, students explore the holistic dimensions of Yoga that integrate physical health, mental balance, and spiritual awakening. Through classical teachings, philosophy, and applied techniques, learners understand Yoga as a way of harmonious living that nurtures discipline, clarity, and divine alignment in daily life. This base prepares aspirants for deeper study in all other Yogic paths, cultivating balance between Chitta (mind), Prana (energy), and Atman (Self).

Ashtang Yog – The Eightfold Path of Self-Mastery

Experience the profound system of Ashtang Yog as described by Maharshi Patanjali — a complete roadmap for spiritual evolution. This course unveils the eight limbs: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi. Students learn to progress systematically from ethical foundations and disciplined practice to the highest state of realization and bliss. Through guided practice, philosophical insights, and personal discipline, the practitioner learns to purify the body, stabilize the mind, and awaken inner awareness leading to liberation (Kaivalya).

Sankhya Yog (Gyan Yog) – The Path of Discriminative Knowledge

Rooted in the timeless Sankhya philosophy, this module unfolds the science of creation, consciousness, and evolution. Students are guided to distinguish between Purusha (the pure consciousness) and Prakriti (the material nature), developing clarity beyond illusion and attachment. By understanding the interplay of the three Gunas and the 24 principles of creation, learners gain a profound vision of reality. This course sharpens intellect, awakens self-inquiry, and harmonizes scientific understanding with spiritual truth — essential for the advanced yogic scholar and teacher.

Dhyan Yog (Raj Yog) – The Path of Meditation and Inner Sovereignty

Discover the royal path of Yoga — Raj Yog — where meditation becomes the key to self-mastery. This course helps participants transcend the turbulence of thoughts and enter states of deep stillness, awareness, and intuitive wisdom. Through practical training in Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation), and Samadhi (superconscious absorption), students learn to command the mind and emotions, achieving inner stability and luminous consciousness. Ideal for those seeking peace, focus, and divine communion through meditative sadhana.

Hath Yog – The Path of Balance and Energy Mastery

Hath Yog represents the union of Ha (Sun) and Tha (Moon) — the dynamic balance of prana and consciousness. In this course, students explore the ancient discipline of physical purification, energy regulation, and mental centering through Asanas, Pranayama, Mudras, and Bandhas. It prepares the body as a sacred temple for higher yogic practices. Beyond physical fitness, this course emphasizes internal harmony, awakening of subtle energies, and preparation for deeper meditation. A vital component of the YPC journey, Hath Yog bridges the physical to the spiritual with precision and awareness.

Karma Yog – The Path of Selfless Action and Inner Purity

Karma Yog teaches the art of performing one’s duties with dedication, compassion, and complete freedom from attachment to results. Rooted in the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, this sacred path transforms every action into an offering to the Divine. Through this course, participants learn to replace ego-driven motives with humility, awareness, and service. By understanding the subtle law of cause and effect, students discover how selfless actions purify the mind, dissolve karmic impressions, and open the heart to peace and balance.
Karma Yog empowers the practitioner to live in the world with grace — to work without stress, to serve without expectation, and to love without limitation. Perfect for seekers who wish to spiritualize daily life and radiate harmony through their presence.

Bhakti Yog – The Path of Love, Devotion, and Divine Connection

Bhakti Yog awakens the heart through unconditional love and devotion towards the Divine. It is the gentle yet powerful path where emotion is transformed into worship, and the seeker experiences God not as a concept but as a living presence. In this course, participants learn sacred devotional practices such as mantra chanting, kirtan, prayer, and heartfelt surrender. The study of scriptures like the Bhagavad Gita, Ramcharitmanas, and Srimad Bhagavatam deepens understanding of divine love as expressed by great saints and devotees.
Bhakti Yog softens the heart, dissolves ego, and fosters compassion, gratitude, and inner joy. It teaches that true love is not limited — it flows freely, embracing all beings as expressions of the Divine. Ideal for seekers who long for inner peace, emotional healing, and a deep, personal relationship with the Higher Consciousness.
